About Ana
Born and raised in Costa Rica. Learned to enjoy yoga when she moved to Arizona in 1995. Her love for yoga made her want to become a teacher, and to be able to teach the world about the wonders and benefits of the practice. In addition, Ana plans and organizes yoga retreats in Costa Rica and she also teaches yoga classes in Spanish.
